These ‘Wonky’ Hardwood Handy Bags are ideal for those who want quality logs at a lower price – and don’t mind a few less in the bag. Typically containing 9–10 kiln dried hardwood logs, these handy-sized bags are ever so slightly underfilled compared to our standard bags, which usually include 12–14 logs.

But rest assured – you’re still getting the same high-quality, kiln dried hardwood logs. Dried below 20% moisture, these logs light easily, burn efficiently, and give off excellent heat output with minimal smoke. Perfect for stoves, fireplaces, fire pits and pizza ovens.

So why are they “wonky”?
From time to time, during packing and handling, some bags come up a little short. Instead of discarding them, we’re offering them at a discounted price – helping to reduce waste while still delivering the same premium burning experience. It’s all part of our effort to operate more sustainably and offer better value for our customers.

These bags are great if:

You only need a few logs for the weekend.

You want a cheaper top-up option.

You’re happy with a slightly lighter load in exchange for a better deal.
