Sales & Office Administrator
Location: Halton Office, Lancaster
Full-Time | Permanent Position
Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your contributions truly make a difference? We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our small, friendly, and supportive office team as a Sales & Office Administrator.
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, on the phone and in person. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while developing your skills in customer service, administration, and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Engaging with customers confidently, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Gaining in-depth product knowledge to assist customer enquiries and drive sales
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation
• Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Using software and digital tools to streamline tasks and manage data effectively
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, take initiative, and enjoy working as part of a team. Full training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using modern software
• Honest, reliable, and conscientious
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous experience in sales is desirable, but not essential
Please note: Own transport is essential due to the office’s rural location.
