Returns & Exchanges

At LDL Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team before sending it back to confirm availability.

How to Return an Item

Re-package your item securely, including your name, order number, and a note explaining the return or exchange.

Send the parcel using a trackable postal service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Cancellations
