Description
Slug Gone 10 Litre Bulk Tub provides a natural and effective solution for protecting plants from slugs and snails without using chemical pellets or treatments. Made from compressed wool fibres, the pellets expand when watered to form a dense, felt-like barrier around plants. This physical barrier deters slugs and snails while still allowing water and air to reach the soil.
In addition to pest control, Slug Gone helps retain soil moisture, reducing evaporation and supporting healthier growing conditions, particularly during dry periods. As the wool naturally breaks down, it releases beneficial nutrients back into the soil, improving soil structure and supporting long-term plant health. How to Use
For best results, apply Slug Gone as a 10cm band around the plant and ensure there are no gaps. To prevent slugs reaching the plants ensure no leaves or stems overhang the pot’s perimeter, stand next to containers which do not have Slug Gone protection, or place next to walls where slugs can drop onto the plant.
